Terms of use

General

These terms are an agreement between Promessa (“we”, “us”) and every visitor of mail.promessa.by (“you”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please don’t use the site.

How we handle personal data and cookies is described in the Privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

What the site is for

Promessa manufactures wedding and evening dresses. The site presents our collections and partnership terms and is meant for wholesale buyers: bridal boutiques, shops and other businesses and sole traders.

You cannot buy a dress or pay for an order on the site, and visitors don’t need to register. We do not sell at retail through the site.

Model and price information

• Descriptions, photos, sizes, fabrics and colours are for reference. Shades in photos may differ from the real ones depending on your screen; models may change from one collection to the next.
• Wholesale prices, availability, lead times and delivery terms are given individually by our manager. Information on the site is not a public offer.
• The final terms — range, prices, lead times, payment, delivery, exchanges and returns — are set by a supply agreement or a confirmed order.

Requests

The form on the site lets you request the wholesale price list or discuss a partnership. By sending a request you:

• provide accurate details — your own or those of a business you are entitled to represent;
• agree that we may contact you by the phone, e-mail or messenger you gave.

A request commits neither you nor us to anything: it is a way to start a conversation. We reply during business hours and may leave unanswered requests that look like spam or are unrelated to wholesale.

Photos, texts and the brand

The photos, texts, dress designs, site design and the Promessa name and logo belong to us or are used by us lawfully, and are protected by intellectual property law.

You may not copy, publish or use the site’s materials without our written permission. Partners who sell Promessa dresses receive photos for selling those models, as agreed with our manager. Linking to the site’s pages is always fine.

What is not allowed

• interfering with the site, bypassing form protection and limits, looking for or exploiting vulnerabilities;
• sending spam, malicious code, mass automated requests or submissions;
• entering other people’s details in a request without their consent;
• impersonating Promessa or our representatives.

Third-party services

The site links to WhatsApp, Telegram, MAX, Viber, Instagram and other services. When you go there or message us there, their own terms and privacy policies apply; we are not responsible for how they work.

Liability

We do our best to keep the site available and its information accurate and up to date, but the site is provided “as is”: typos, inaccuracies and temporary unavailability, including during maintenance, are possible. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses related to using the site or being unable to use it. Supply obligations arise only from an agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. A new version takes effect when it is published on this page, with its date at the top.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Belarus. We first try to settle any dispute by negotiation — just write to us; failing that, it is heard by the court at the location of Promessa, unless the law provides otherwise.
